It is managed by Lanna International Resource Company Limited and co-owned by Sorn International Enteprises and Siam Global Innovations. Both owners of these companies are Americans residing in Thailand and have extensive experience working within the Thai system. They are fully aware of the tribulations and have successfully removed and minimized the barriers for foreign investors. Demand:

The demand for first-class factory space and warehousing in a prime location in Chiang Mai is far stronger than supply. Companies are moving to this area and existing companies are needing to expand and/or wishing to obtain long-term leases or own their own facility.
