Kalanikai condos are nestled in a unique garden setting with views of the nearby ocean in the distance (see picture to right) - you are in the heart of Kailua-Kona town, with its shopping, dining, beaches and nightlife.

Kailua-Kona, and the entire Big Island of Hawaii, offer an almost endless variety of activities, from the serene to the adventurous - from lazing on the beach or by the pool with a book, to some of the best diving and snorkeling in the Hawaiian islands (to say nothing of a live volcano!). Pick up "Hawaii; The Big Island Revealed" - a highly recommended guidebook - and you will see the many opportunities that await you.

This Kalanikai condo has one bedroom and 2 baths. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room. The bedroom's king-size bed has built-in drawers below the mattress for extra storage, in addition to the closet, cabinets and counterspace. The carved armoire holds a DVD player and cable TV. The room opens onto the main shared lanai, and has privacy window shades. Each of the two main rooms of the condo has its own individual A/C unit.

The pool area is in a pretty garden setting. There is common usage of the BBQ and picnic area by condo guests. You will enjoy a picturesque "peek-a-boo" view of a historic church steeple and cruise ships in Kailua Bay from the complex.

The unit has a screened-in lanai, which includes eating and seated reading areas with garden and pool views. (All meals are supervised by life-sized hula sculpture!)
